About The Author

Steve Pinnell

Steve Pinnell is a retired Elder in the United Methodist Church with almost 50 years of ministry experience. Alongside his wife Sandy, they have served in 14 churches and Steve was the District Superintendent of the Mark Twain District of the Missouri Annual Conference. Steve’s insights come from a layperson’s struggle with “the call,” interactions with clergy and laity, and perspectives gained as a District Superintendent.
